Returns Policy

You may return any items within 14 days of delivery for exchange or full refund. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items returned must be in "AS NEW" condition, to reduce return postage costs please fold correctly and return in the same packaging we sent in.

PLEASE NOTE: Personalised Items Cannot be Returned if the personalisation is correct and as the customer asked for. Please check size guides carefully and Punctuation & Spellings if requesting text on items. Please contact us if you have any questions or require a proof.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of it been posted back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

All Items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Post we usually dispatch all items the same day if ordered before 12.00PM. (Please allow 2 - 3 days if ordering personalised items) Royal Mail recorded delivery (Signature Required) is available for an extra £1.00
